Knexus works with global brands such as Acuvue, Aveeno, Johnson’s Baby, Lenovo & Zyrtec. 

The Head of Talent Acquisition is a business support role reporting directly to the CEO.  The role can either be based in the office or from home or hybrid.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting the hiring managers of Knexus with all hiring requirements and for continuing to raise Knexus employment awareness. They will also own and review all selection methodology.


  • Proactively drive direct hiring
  • Grow an engaged talent pool for each role that we hire for
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers (agencies), candidates (passive & active)
  • Contribute to process improvements (locally as well as internationally)
  • Support the hiring managers with interviews as and when required
  • Help to develop and mature our employment brand awareness
  • Increase our following and engagement on social media (LinkedIn)

Outcomes and KPIs:

  • High levels of candidate engagement
  • Headcount growth in line with agreed targets
  • Reduced recruitment costs in line with agreed targets
  • Review of Agency performance through monthly catch ups
  • Increase of direct hires in line with agreed targets
  • Increase candidate satisfaction in line with agreed metrics
  • A strong social media footprint
  • Regular reviews of historic data, spotting opportunities to revisit candidates
  • Timely candidate management through the recruitment process, to drive down Time to Hire

Talent Resourcing:

  • Devise and implement tactical recruitment initiatives to deliver on agreed headcount targets
  • Increase advocacy of our employment brand
  • Increase brand awareness through various methods
  • Reduce agency dependency by creating and nurturing talent pools within the office locality
  • Regular use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter and CV databases to unearth passive talent
  • Helping to raise brand awareness and followers on mediums such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Awareness of the competition, hiring campaigns and salary trends and how that can affect our hiring

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience of recruiting for hard to fill roles
  • Demonstrable experience and success of direct hiring methodologies/approaches
  • Experience of interviewing people for niche skill sets
  • Customer focused and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability/experience to multi-task
  • A demonstrable understanding of technology and roles within software development
  • A collaborative approach and ability to lead on initiatives
  • A flexible approach as some travel and meetup attendance could be required 
  • Experience of building talent pools
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously
  • Active on various social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • In-house recruitment experience 
  • Recruitment Marketing Experience
