Your decision to disclose your personal information is entirely voluntary. By doing so, you are providing us with specific consent to use your personal data only in relation to the specific purposes for which you have disclosed it to us.

Knexus Social App

This App is for the Brands using Knexus platform for the purpose of acquiring UGC rights request on YouTube UGC content.

This App is owned by Knexus EMEA Limited, United Kingdom.

How does this application access and uses Google user data ?

If the User has not denied this App Authorization then it returns the user on the App page with authorization code as provided by Google.

This authorization code is exchanged for an access token using Google API.

This App then uses this access token to fetch user’s YouTube Channel ID using YouTube Data API. Knexus does NOT store this access token.

This YouTube Channel ID is used to verify YouTube video ownership by comparing with the Channel ID for the video before allowing the user to approve UGC rights requests.

We don’t collect any personal information during the above described process. We collect your YouTube Channel ID which is used to verify ownership of the YouTube video on which request right is being approved or rejected by you.

How does this application store Google user data ?

This YouTube Channel ID is saved by Knexus EMEA in encrypted database hosted on AWS. This is the ONLY Google user data captured by Knexus EMEA using the process as described above.

How does this application share Google user data?

Knexus EMEA does NOT share this YouTube Channel ID with any other online and offline parties.

To make an informed decision on whether to provide your personal information to Knexus using this website, we need to make you aware of any organizations that act as Data Processors for us in the provision of our services to you. Access To Your Data And Rights

You have a number of rights in relation to your information. This includes your rights to request that we:
